Purpose: 

• Fiji Indian women have stood with strength but with a deep understanding that the role of being silent achievers was the only way out of poverty.

• As we honour the sacrifice and services made, we also start lifting the weight of these barriers by fostering open conversations and raised awareness. 

• We’ve reached a moment in time where those sacrifices have been transformed into creative expressions, allowing the path of healing. 

• Their voice will no longer be voided. 

• Our men will, in turn, rise with the strength in their backs, honouring the pursuit of progress with DEEP respect and love. 

• These illustrations reflect the youthful versions of ourselves, or those familiar faces from our lives. 

• The road ahead will be a challenging one, but through our collective commitment to education and access to vital resources, meaningful change is within reach.
